Help Conaniah Fight Kidney Failure

Conaniah is just 3 years and 8 months old. He was born with Prune Belly Syndrome, a rare condition that damaged his kidneys from birth. He bravely endured dialysis for over a year, but due to repeated infections, doctors had to stop it. His only long-term solution is a kidney transplant, but he must wait until he turns 5.
